An excellent performance with music, songs, dance, acrobatics and sumptuous costumes from the Renaissance period! Immerse yourself in the spectacular French royal court festivities! Six musicians, two singers and four dancers revive the atmosphere of the great festivities once held in the Kings court during the 16th century. They will transports you back to the Kings court to enjoy celebrations that are filled with surprises.
ABOUT DOULCE MEMOIRE ENSEMBLE
Founded by French flutist Denis Raisin Dadre in 1989, with the aim of presenting music heard by brilliant artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Raphael, the French ensemble Doulce Mémoire represents the spirit of the Renaissance period (15th and 16 centuries) – a time of voyages and discovery, inventiveness and creativity. This close-knit team of musicians and singers has been involved in artistic ventures of a constantly innovative nature, with the regular participation of actors and dancers.
