Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass (“Service”) by CSL Mobile Limited (“we/ our”)

  1. The Service consists of two types of Roaming Pass: i) 24-hour Pass and ii) Top-up Pass. (i)(a) 24-hour Pass which is charged from $88-$178, covers the applicable data roaming zones divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, on a per SIM card, per day, per Applicable 24-hour Pass destination. A day means 24 hour after first data roaming usage at the Applicable 24-hour Pass Destination. For the coverage and charges of 24-hour Pass details, please visit http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass-e. (i)(b) 24-hour Pass which is charged from $138-$198 covers the applicable data roaming zones divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, on a per SIM card, per day, per Applicable 24-hour Pass destination. A day means 24 hours after first data roaming usage at the Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations. For the coverage and charges of 24-hour Pass details, please call our customer service hotline at 25 123 123.ii) Top-up Pass which covers the applicable data roaming zones divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, Zone E and Zone F, is charged on a per SIM card, per zone basis which the mobile data roaming service will be valid for designated days after starting to use the data roaming service. The designated day for Zone A is 14 days, Zone B is 10 days, Zone C is 15 days, and Zone D, E and F are 14 days. Customer needs to top-up and pay for additional Top-up Pass fee in order to continue the mobile data roaming service from Applicable Destinations. The Top-up Pass has a purchase limit for a maximum of 20 times for the A, D, E and F Zones and 5 times for the B and C Zones within 30 days. When the purchase limit is reached, the data can only be purchased again after the data roaming of the purchased Top-up pass has been exhausted.
  2. i) The Service of 24-hour Pass (charges: $88-$178 per day) applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this Service is 1GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service. ii) The Service of 24-hour Pass (charges: $138-$198 per day) applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream) or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this service is 2GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.
  3. This Service is only available to selected Personal Account customers. By subscribing to the Service, you understand and agree that you may only use the Services via the Applicable Roaming Operators of the selected Applicable Roaming Destinations as set out above or as from time to time updated on our website at www.hkcsl.com.
  4. You understand and agree that once you have subscribed to the Service, we will base on your preference when you use the Roaming Service at the Roaming Destinations, we will send the respective SMS to you whenever applicable.
  5. In case that the roaming preference is set to automatic/advanced mode, if the customer has both pre-purchased 24-hour Pass and the Top-up Pass, the system will take priority to deduct Top-up Pass until used up, then will continue data roaming with the 24-hour Pass. If you want to continue to use Top-up Pass, you need to top up the Top-up Pass proactively. If there is no pre-purchased 24-hour Pass and the Top-up Pass, while they are selected simultaneously covering the same Zones, the 24-hour Pass will take priority in deduction of data roaming usage. If you use Mobile Data roaming in any Non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations (Zone E or Zone F) or with non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Operators, you will be charged the rate as per Top-up Pass and the charging unit is charged at per MB basis.
  6. You understand and agree that once you have subscribed to the Service, you must pay the fee upon your use of Mobile Data roaming at the Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations or Non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations. While you are roaming in an Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations or non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations, there may be situations (eg: over spilling of radio signals from a destination geographically located near the Applicable Roaming Destination) where you may be automatically switched to roam on a different destination’s network with stronger radio signal (“Other Network”).
  7. The actual experience of the Service will be affected depending on where you roam and the roaming operator you roam with.
  8. Multi-user service plan customer can choose the Multi-User sharing preference (i) “On” or (ii) “Off” through csl service app or our customer service hotline at +852 25123123. For details, please refer to https://cslserviceapp.page.link/UYnJ.
    Unless otherwise specified, sharing preference is default as “On”.
  9. 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to csl 5G service plan customers or csl service plan customers who are enabled to access to csl 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, Data Roaming Pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks.   10. 5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.
  11. We reserve the right to change the Service and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to our final decision.
  12. The Service is subject to the terms and conditions of our Mobile Service Agreement and the terms and conditions of any third party suppliers.

  5. 在漫遊偏好設定為自動/高階模式的情況下，如你同時擁有已預購待用的24小時通行證及增值通行證，系統將會先扣除增值通行證，當增值通行證使用完畢後，便會扣除24小時通行證。如你欲繼續使用增值通行證，需要自行於增值通行證增值。如你於同一個區域並無擁有已預購待用的24小時通行證及增值通行證，而同時選擇使用24小時通行證及增值通行證，24小時通行證將被優先扣除。如你於E區域或F區域或以非指定24小時通行證適用之網絡商使用數據漫遊，該費用將根據增值通行證服務的收費計算，計算收費單位為MB。
  6. 你明白及同意於登記本服務後，除非你取消本服務，不論你是否在本服務之指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區或非指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區使用流動數據漫遊時，我們將按本服務收費收取。當你於指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區或非指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區使用漫遊服務時，可能會有些情況引致你的漫遊服務換至其他地區具有較強網絡訊號的網絡商（“其他網絡商”）（例如：因其他地區地理上鄰近指定數據漫遊通行證地區的網絡訊號，其超越指定之數據漫遊通行證適用的網絡訊號）。
  7. 本服務質素會視乎你在不同的數據漫遊通行證地區或使用不同漫遊網絡商而受到影響。
  8. 多人共享服客戶可以隨時透過csl 流動應用程式或致電客戶服務熱線+852 25 123 123將多人共享服務的偏好設定選擇為開啟或關閉，詳情請參閱https://cslserviceapp.page.link/UYnJ。
    除非另有說明，多人共享服務的偏好設定預設為開啟。

  6. 你明白及同意于登记本服务后，除非你取消本服务，不论你是否在本服务之指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区或非指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区使用流动数据漫游时，我们将按本服务收费收取。当你于指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区或非指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区使用漫游服务时，可能会有些情况引致你的漫游服务换至其他地区具有较强网络讯号的网络商（“其他网络商”）（例如：因其他地区地理上邻近指定数据漫游通行证地区的网络讯号，其超越指定之数据漫游通行证适用的网络讯号）。
  7. 本服务质素会视乎你在不同的数据漫游通行证地区或使用不同漫游网络商而受到影响。

While you are roaming in an Applicable Roaming Destination, there may be situations (eg: over spilling of radio signals from a destination geographically located near the Applicable Roaming Destination) where you may be automatically switched to roam on a different destination’s network with stronger radio signal (“Other Network”).

Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass (“Service”) by CSL Mobile Limited (“we/ our”)

  1. The Service consists of two types of Data Pass: i) 24-hour Pass and ii) Top-up Pass. (i)(a) 24-hour Pass which is charged from $88-$178, covers the applicable data roaming zones divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, on a per SIM card, per day, per Applicable 24-hour Pass destination. A day means 24 hour after first data roaming usage at the Applicable 24-hour Pass Destination. For the coverage and charges of 24-hour Pass details, please visit http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass-e. (i)(b) 24-hour Pass which is charged from $138-$198 covers the applicable data roaming zones divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, on a per SIM card, per day, per Applicable 24-hour Pass destination. A day means 24 hours after first data roaming usage at the Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations. For the coverage and charges of 24-hour Pass details, please call our customer service hotline at +852 1833 123.ii) Top-up Pass which covers the applicable data roaming zones divided into Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D, Zone E and Zone F, is charged on a per SIM card, per zone basis which the mobile data roaming service will be valid for designated days after starting to use the data roaming service. The designated day for Zone A is 14 days, Zone B is 10 days, Zone C is 15 days, and Zone D, E and F are 14 days. Customer needs to top-up and pay for additional Top-up Pass fee in order to continue the mobile data roaming service from Applicable Destinations. The Top-up Pass has a purchase limit for a maximum of 20 times for the A, D, E and F Zones and 5 times for the B and C Zones within 30 days. When the purchase limit is reached, the data can only be purchased again after the data roaming of the purchased Top-up pass has been exhausted.
  2. i) The Service of 24-hour Pass (charges: $88-$178 per day) applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this Service is 1GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service. ii) The Service of 24-hour Pass (charges: $138-$198 per day) applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream) or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this service is 2GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.
  3. This Service is only available to selected Personal Account customers. By subscribing to the Service, you understand and agree that you may only use the Services via the Applicable Roaming Operators of the selected Applicable Roaming Destinations as set out above or as from time to time updated on our website at www.hkcsl.com.
  4. You understand and agree that once you have subscribed to the Service, we will base on your preference when you use the Roaming Service at the Roaming Destinations, we will send the respective SMS to you whenever applicable.
  5. In case that the roaming preference is set to automatic/advanced mode, if the customer has both pre-purchased 24-hour Pass and the Top-up Pass, the system will take priority to deduct Top-up Pass until used up, then will continue data roaming with the 24-hour Pass. If you want to continue to use Top-up Pass, you need to top up the Top-up Pass proactively. If there is no pre-purchased 24-hour Pass and the Top-up Pass, while they are selected simultaneously covering the same Zones, the 24-hour Pass will take priority in deduction of data roaming usage. If you use Mobile Data roaming in any Non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations (Zone E or Zone F) or with non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Operators, you will be charged the rate as per Top-up Pass and the charging unit is charged at per MB basis.
  6. You understand and agree that once you have subscribed to the Service, you must pay the fee upon your use of Mobile Data roaming at the Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations or Non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations. While you are roaming in an Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations or non-Applicable 24-hour Pass Destinations, there may be situations (eg: over spilling of radio signals from a destination geographically located near the Applicable Roaming Destination) where you may be automatically switched to roam on a different destination’s network with stronger radio signal (“Other Network”).
  7. The actual experience of the Service will be affected depending on where you roam and the roaming operator you roam with.
  8. Multi-user service plan customer can choose the Multi-User sharing preference (i) “On” or (ii) “Off” through Club Sim service app or our customer service hotline at +852 1833 123. For details, please refer to https://cslserviceapp.page.link/UYnJ.

  4. 登記本服務時，你明白及同意我們按你的選擇，當你在漫遊地區時，收取我們發送有關本服務的訊息給你。
  5. 在漫遊偏好設定為自動/高階模式的情況下，如你同時擁有已預購待用的24小時通行證及增值通行證，系統將會先扣除增值通行證，當增值通行證使用完畢後，便會扣除24小時通行證。如你欲繼續使用增值通行證，需要自行於增值通行證增值。如你於同一個區域並無擁有已預購待用的24小時通行證及增值通行證，而同時選擇使用24小時通行證及增值通行證，24小時通行證將被優先扣除。如你於E區域或F區域或以非指定24小時通行證適用之網絡商使用數據漫遊，該費用將根據增值通行證服務的收費計算，計算收費單位為MB。
  6. 你明白及同意於登記本服務後，除非你取消本服務，不論你是否在本服務之指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區或非指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區使用流動數據漫遊時，我們將按本服務收費收取。當你於指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區或非指定24小時通行證數據漫遊地區使用漫遊服務時，可能會有些情況引致你的漫遊服務換至其他地區具有較強網絡訊號的網絡商（“其他網絡商”）（例如：因其他地區地理上鄰近指定數據漫遊通行證地區的網絡訊號，其超越指定之數據漫遊通行證適用的網絡訊號）。
  7. 本服務質素會視乎你在不同的數據漫遊通行證地區或使用不同漫遊網絡商而受到影響。
  8. 多人共享服務客戶可以隨時透過Club Sim流動應用程式或致電客戶服務熱線+852 2888 1010將多人共享服務的偏好設定選擇為開啟或關閉，詳情請參閱https://cslserviceapp.page.link/UYnJ。
    除非另有說明，多人共享服務的偏好設定預設為開啟。
  9. 5G 數據漫遊服務: 5G數據漫遊服務只適用於指定Club Sim 5G服務計劃 或可使用Club Sim 5G網絡服務之Club Sim服務計劃客戶。客戶須同時登記及啟動IDD、漫遊服務及數據漫遊日費，並以指定可支援手機型號及軟件版本於指定漫遊地區及網絡，才可享用5G數據漫遊服務。詳情: http://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareastc
  10. 5G數據漫遊服務需視乎當地漫遊網絡的5G網絡覆蓋。在一些沒有5G網絡覆蓋的位置，會自動轉為4G LTE或其他合適的網絡服務。

  1. “本服务”包括两种类型的数据通行证: i） 24小时通行证及ii）增值通行证 。 (i)(a) 24小时通行证把已覆盖数据漫游地区划分为4个区域，分别为A区域、B区域、C区域、D区域。收费为$88-$178， 以每SIM卡、每日、每个指定通行证于一个24小时通行证漫游地区计算。一日是指于指定的24小时通行证数据漫游地区开始使用数据漫游后的24小时内。有关24小时通行证的服务内容及收费详情，请浏览我们网站http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass。 (i)(b) 24小时通行证把已覆盖数据漫游地区划分为4个区域，分别为A区域、B区域、C区域、D区域。收费为$138-$198，以每SIM卡、每日、每个指定通行证于一个24小时通行证漫游地区计算。一日是指于指定的24小时通行证数据漫游地区开始使用数据漫游后的24小时内。有关24小时通行证的服务内容及收费详情，请致电客户服务热线 +852 1833 123。 ii)增值通行证把已覆盖数据漫游地区划分为6个区域，分别为A区域、B区域、C区域、D区域、E区域及F区域。收费以每SIM卡、每区域、于指定区域开始使用数据漫游起指定日数内按用量计算。 A区域指定日数为14日，B区域指定日数为10日，C区域指定日数为15日，D、E及F区域指定日数为14日。已购买增值通行证的数据漫游用量，只可于所购买漫游区域内的漫游地区使用。有关增值通行证之数据漫游地区及区域划分、服务内容及收费详情，请浏览我们网站http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass。当增值通行证之数据漫游量耗尽时，你的流动数据漫游服务会被暂时停止直至你再购买增值通行证之数据漫游用量，才可于当地恢复使用流动数据漫游服务。增值通行证设有购买上限，30日内于A、D、E及F区域最多购买20次，于B及C区域最多购买5次。当达到购买上限时，只可在已购买的增值通行证之数据漫游量耗尽后，才可再次购买。
  2. i) 本服务之24小时通行证(每日收费为$88-$178) 适用于以下所列出的流动数据漫游用量，如互联网浏览、漫游多媒体短讯、WAP及影音串流等，但不支援VoIP、 Bit Torrent、点对点文件共享（如FTP文件共享及视讯品会议摄影机）、Peer Casting 应用程式（如PPLive 网络电视、PPStream (PPS网络电视)）、VPN Tunnel 服务、公司电邮服务、商务推广活动或任何可能对我们的网络或其他客户构成有害或不利的方法。此服务每日可使用的数据漫游用量为1GB 及其后有关速度上限为512kbps。请注意有关实际速度及使用数据速度的体验则视乎当地漫游网络。如你违反本服务之条款及细则，我们有权暂停或终止你使用本服务。 ii) 本服务之24小时通行证(每日收费为$138-$198) 适用于以下所列出的流动数据漫游用量，如互联网浏览、漫游多媒体短讯、WAP及影音串流等，但不支援VoIP、 Bit Torrent、点对点文件共享（如FTP文件共享及视讯品会议摄影机）、Peer Casting 应用程式（如PPLive 网络电视、PPStream (PPS网络电视)）、商务推广活动或任何可能对我们的网络或其他客户构成有害或不利的方法。此服务每日可使用的数据漫游用量为2GB及其后有 关速度上限为512kbps。请注意有关实际速度及使用数据速度的体验则视乎当地漫游网络。如你违反本服务之条款及细则，我们有权暂停或终止你使用本服务。

  5. 在漫游偏好设定为自动/高阶模式的情况下，如你同时拥有已预购待用的24小时通行证及增值通行证，系统将会先扣除增值通行证，当增值通行证使用完毕后，便会扣除24小时通行证。如你欲继续使用增值通行证，需要自行于增值通行证增值。如你于同一个区域并无拥有已预购待用的24小时通行证及增值通行证，而同时选择使用24小时通行证及增值通行证，24小时通行证将被优先扣除。如你于E区域或F区域或以非指定24小时通行证适用之网络商使用数据漫游，该费用将根据增值通行证服务的收费计算，计算收费单位为MB。
  6. 你明白及同意于登记本服务后，除非你取消本服务，不论你是否在本服务之指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区或非指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区使用流动数据漫游时，我们将按本服务收费收取。当你于指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区或非指定24小时通行证数据漫游地区使用漫游服务时，可能会有些情况引致你的漫游服务换至其他地区具有较强网络讯号的网络商（“其他网络商”）（例如：因其他地区地理上邻近指定数据漫游通行证地区的网络讯号，其超越指定之数据漫游通行证适用的网络讯号）。
  7. 本服务质素会视乎你在不同的数据漫游通行证地区或使用不同漫游网络商而受到影响。
  8. 多人共享服务客户可以随时透过Club Sim流动应用程式或致电客户服务热线+852 2888 1010将多人共享服务的偏好设定选择为开启或关闭，详情请参阅https://cslserviceapp.page.link/UYnJ。
    除非另有说明，多人共享服务的偏好设定预设为开启。
  9. 5G 数据漫游服务: 5G数据漫游服务只适用于指定Club Sim 5G服务计划 或可使用Club Sim 5G网络服务之Club Sim服务计划客户。客户须同时登记及启动IDD、漫游服务及数据漫游日费，并以指定可支援手机型号及软件版本于指定漫游地区及网络，才可享用5G数据漫游服务。详情: http://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareastc
